How do I can start the process of cancellation for an item purchased from WoodenAlley?

It often happens that you face some issues during the delivery of the product at your home, or you want to cancel the placed order. Worry not, WoodenAlley services are all set to provide you solution by following a simple procedure. Read further to know about each and every service precisely:-

  • • Cancellation in Case of Damage: - For instance, if you have received a defective or damaged product, then immediately bring it in the concern of the delivery executive at that time. Thereby, you can report a complaint to the customer care at contact@woodenalley.com.

    The Company assures you to assess the defect and damage in 72 hours, and an issue will be sorted. Talking from our point of view, if the product is broken, it may be replaced/returned, or any other corrective process may be scheduled, as deemed appropriate by WoodenAlley, to efficiently provide the solution.

  • • Cancellation in case of receiving the wrong product: For instance, if the product does not fit under the specifications as per your original order, then you shall raise the issue at the spot and report about this to support executive.

  • • Please be clear that the products purchased during the sale or on a discount can not be canceled in any condition before ordering.

Return & Refund Rules

If you are entitled to any refund, the same shall be provided to you as per the below mentioned guidelines designed for hassle-free services:-

  • • To initialization of replacement and refunds procedure shall be started after picking all the canceled products from the customer’s (your) premises.
  • • After receiving all the items safely back to our WoodenAlley’s warehouse, a refund shall be begun within 2-3 working days.
  • • The refund amount will be processed via cash, NEFT, or the mode of payment that was originally made.
  • • In some cases, by considering the orders, we have the right to deduct the processing charges also.

Warranty Rules

As a beneficial tool, the Company has designed different warranty rules to assure you against any query related to defective products. Read the below-mentioned points to get a brief about all of them:-

  • • WoodenAlley’s furniture products come with a one-year warranty that includes all the manufacturing defects, borer problems, and inherent termites.
  • • With the passing time, the solid woods are attacked by minor cracks, known as checks. These are not included in terms of faults and warranty as they do not hamper the life of a product.
  • • There is no warranty in case of unevenness up to 5 mm. According to the Industry Standards, such minor differences can happen because of the variation in floor and surface levels.
  • • There are no warranty rules for upholstery/coverings/cushion covers.
  • • The limited warranty does not include the following conditions:-

    During random displacement of a product, in case any cracks occurred.

    During the installation process of a product, in case any damage occurred.

    During the cleaning process of a product, in case any small cuts, scratches, or damage occurred.

    Please be informed that, solid wood products kept in direct contact with sunlight or water, results in the decaying of wood.

Delivery Rules

WoodenAlley’s support and delivery team will be all ears to be in continuous touch with you for a hassle-free installing procedure. There are certain criteria that are designed to follow the easy delivery rules and to get everything quickly.

  • • The free delivery is only accessible for the very first visit to given ship-to-address. For instance, if you (from a customer aspect) missed this attempt due to any reason, then an extra visiting cost would be applied for the next installation process.
  • • In the absence of a service lift in your apartment, our delivery executive shall allow delivering the product on the ground floor only. (If applicable)
  • • If you need delivery of the product at your doorstep in the specific timing or weekend, extra charges are applicable.
  • • Once the order has arrived at your nearby delivery center, and in case you are not able to receive the products, we would hold it ten days for you. After crossing this period, WoodenAlley will be totally free to charge for keeping the products for longer.
