Wooden furniture products from our collection are available with a one-year warranty that includes inherent termites, any kind of manufacturing defects, and borer problems.

In the case of the upholstered part, the criterion for warranty applies to its operation, foundation, if any.

The above-stated limited warranty is not valid in the following situations:

• After prolonged use, the normal incident of wear and tear in the product
• Scratches, small cuts or faults due to the wrong way of cleaning or any accident
• Damage occurred because of inaccurate installation from the customer’s side
• While displacement, the cracks occurred in the product
• Dwindling/fading of finish because of direct exposure in sunlight
• Rotting of wood due to regular exposure to water
• Upholstered fabrics in part of furniture such as seat covers do not come under warranty rules.
• Abnormal dry-cleaning process or application of harsh chemicals

According to standardize terms of industry, unevenness till 5 mm is acceptable and occurs due to variation in floor and surface level. This minor difference is not covered in the rules of warranty.

• Hassle-free delivery and installation is the major concern of customers, worry not, our team of experts will be in touch to do the same
• Free shipping is only applicable for the very initial attempt of a visit to your given shipping address. Due to any reason the delivery is missed, an extra charge would be applicable for later installation visits
• If you live in an apartment or storey-house, our delivery executive will only deliver the product to the ground floor due to the absence of lift service. On request, we charge an additional amount according to the per floor for delivery to the customer's floor
• An extra amount is applicable in case of time-specified and weekend delivery schedule
• The ordered product of the customer will be held for 10 days at the nearby delivery center; after that, also, you failed to receive the product. Then, WoodenAlley has the right to charge or cancel the order.

• Know About your Product

  The accessories and interior displayed in the image are just to give a hint about the setup you can create. Without any specifications from the Company, these are not part of the product.

  Intricate detailing and hand-painted design on any furniture product have been ultra-carefully created by proficient artisans, which follow footprints of different generations of mastered techniques of craftsmen. Therefore, this might leads to some variation in each furniture product, and there is a little chance of variation between the picture and the real product.

• Placing an Order

  Before placing an order, please measure the dimension of your entrance/door of your home. This is a mandatory step for avoiding the problem of getting the product inside your premises. We will not be liable for any return or cancellation requests. Not all the products require installation; some are designed to keep as it is at the decided place. Hereby, we request you to check the details of the item very carefully. In case, the installation is required, then we will schedule the carpenter visits.

• On Delivery

• The Rules for Damages

  WoodenAlley has designed a convenient and hassle-free delivery process to make sure about a no-damage and uncomplicated experience. In case you received a defect/damaged product, then please contact us immediately. You can raise this issue on the spot with the delivery person and report the complaint to the customer support team at contact@woodenalley.com. We will try to resolve your defect/damage, or arrange a visit of the carpenter to rectify it within 72 hours. After checking all the things, if in the perspective of WoodenAlley, the product is broken, then it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken by the Company to sort out the issue.

  If there is any case of missing parts during the product installation, then inform the Customer Support team. They will try to arrange the delivery of the missing part to you as soon as possible.
